The alumni of Core #106 in London
A Word From Our Founder
Hi Reader,
We just finished our 106th Core transformational journey in central London with an amazing group of extraordinary individuals. As we step into the first half of 2026, we’re excited to pass the torch to a new wave of leaders, explorers, and changemakers. Our calendar is filled with opportunities to deepen, reconnect, and grow. From our flagship Core Programme to a new one-day deep dive for alumni, a two-day Career Compass, and more community gatherings.
We invite you to make this year a year of internal breakthrough and expansion for you or others. We invite you to pass the torch and share the love. If you or someone in your family or close friends is ready for their next chapter, we’d love to connect. Introduce them to iDiscover or invite them to book a discovery call, and let’s explore what’s possible together.
We’re delighted to announce our programme calendar for the first half of 2026. Our flagship Core Programme will run in London (February and May) and in the Atlas Mountains, Morocco (11–15 June), alongside Career Compass in March and expanded alumni and community events throughout the spring and summer.
Core London • 7–10 May 2026 • Status: Open for Registration
Core Morocco • 11–15 June 2026 • Status: Open for Registration
Whether you are stepping into Core for the first time or continuing your journey as an alumnus, we invite you to explore what resonates and join us in the months ahead.
2026 stands in the spirit of expanding our community—across borders, cultures, and conversations. At the end of last year, I travelled to Dubai and Saudi Arabia to explore opportunities to grow our network in the region and reconnect with members of our existing community. It was an inspiring journey filled with meaningful conversations, new partnerships, and moments of genuine connection.
I felt a deep sense of safety and openness—something that felt both special and hopeful. I’m very much looking forward to spending more time in the region and continuing to build bridges and community there in the years ahead.
Closer to home, we continue to nurture our iDiscover community as well. On March 20, in London, we’ll gather for our next seasonal community event to celebrate the start of spring—a moment to reconnect, reflect, and welcome new energy into our shared journey.

Real success comes from thinking beyond immediate results and making consistent choices that support your long-term goals and wellbeing.
In Think Long, Tom Butler-Bowdon explores why long-term thinking matters more than ever in a world driven by speed, instant results, and short attention spans. Drawing on insights from psychology, philosophy, business, and personal development, the book encourages readers to step back, reflect, and make choices that serve both present success and future wellbeing.
Rather than chasing quick wins, Butler-Bowdon argues that meaningful progress — in careers, relationships, and personal growth — comes from patience, perspective, and intentional long-term vision. It’s a thoughtful reminder to balance ambition today with sustainability for tomorrow.
Key takeaways:
Long-term thinking leads to better decisions and resilience
Short-term wins often come at the cost of lasting success
Reflection and patience improve clarity and judgement
Values and purpose help guide future-focused choices
Sustainable success requires balance, not constant urgency
Big achievements usually come from consistent small actions
Perspective helps reduce stress and improve wellbeing
A reflective read for anyone wanting to make smarter decisions today while building a stronger future.

Gal Stiglitz On Meaning, Purpose & Fulfilment iDiscover Issue #25 Exploring the Saudi Desert this December Hi Reader, I hope 2026 started wonderfully for you. Over the past few weeks, I have had the opportunity to explore new, exciting destinations, connecting deeper with family and with nature in its simplest form, the desert. There is something so pure and distilled about the desert that is pulling me to immerse myself in it every year. In the last few weeks, I had the opportunity to be in...
Gal Stiglitz On Meaning, Purpose & Fulfilment iDiscover Issue #24 iDiscover Community Event in London Hi Reader, From our classroom in Dubai, where the sunlight still lingers long into December, I find myself thinking about winter, its rituals, and the warmth we create beyond the weather. As winter and the holidays approach, we find ourselves once again turning toward the warmth and comfort of light. Candles in windows, lanterns on doorsteps, sparkling streets — every culture, in its own way,...
Gal Stiglitz On Meaning, Purpose & Fulfilment iDiscover Issue #23 The graduates for Core #104 in London - Oct 2025 Hi Reader, It never ceases to astonish me how, over the years, I feel increasingly inspired and energised to teach and lead through these elevating and transformative learning experiences. This week, I led the 104th iDiscover Core programme in Central London — and that trend continued. I actually ended it with more energy than I started with, but that’s only possible because I am...
