The graduates for Core #104 in London - Oct 2025
Hi Reader,
It never ceases to astonish me how, over the years, I feel increasingly inspired and energised to teach and lead through these elevating and transformative learning experiences. This week, I led the 104th iDiscover Core programme in Central London — and that trend continued. I actually ended it with more energy than I started with, but that’s only possible because I am continuously, and seasonally, fine-tuning the alignment between my inner nature and my nurture.
Autumn has always felt like a natural pause — a time when nature lets go of what’s no longer needed, creating space for renewal. As the leaves turn and the air shifts, it invites us to do the same: to reflect, recalibrate, and prepare for what’s next.
This is a perfect moment to pause and look at your professional path — to ask whether the direction you’re on still aligns with who you’re becoming. Are you feeling fulfilled, vital, and inspired by your work? Or is it time for a deep review and decisive action toward creating something more meaningful?
The word career comes from the Latin carrus, meaning “wheeled vehicle” or “chariot.” Its etymology traces through Old French carrière and Old Occitan carreira, initially referring to a road or racecourse.
As we move into this new season, I invite you to use autumn’s quiet, reflective energy to look at your own evolutionary journey as a professional — and, if needed, to take bold steps toward realignment. Change, after all, is what this season does best — and a new year, with its opportunity to start fresh, is just around the corner.
I hope you enjoy the read! Gal

Find Your Element: Connecting the Dots Through Moments of Flow and Deep Engagement
What is flow?
When was the last time you felt completely absorbed in an activity, so much that you lost all sense of time and space? Can you recall a moment when you were so deeply engaged in something that the world around you seemed to fade away? What if these moments hold the key to the map of our internal world?
Viktor Frankl was an Austrian neurologist, psychiatrist, and Holocaust survivor best known for developing logotherapy, a school of thought that teaches that the search for meaning is the primary human drive — even in the face of suffering.
“Everyone has his own specific vocation or mission in life; everyone must carry out a concrete assignment that demands fulfilment. Therein, he cannot be replaced, nor can his life be repeated. Thus, everyone’s task is as unique as is his specific opportunity to implement it. What man actually needs is not a tensionless state but rather the striving and struggling for a worthwhile goal, a freely chosen task. What he needs is not the discharge of tension at any cost, but the call of a potential meaning waiting to be fulfilled by him.”
― Victor Frankl
A question to ask ourselves: How might my suffering or limitation become a source of meaning and growth, rather than an obstacle? Which tension in my life could I reframe—not as something to be eliminated, but as the driving force behind my journey toward significance? Whose lives can I impact by embracing my unique path, and what would be lost if I did not answer this call?
